Lift Height - Approx 2" - 2.5" (50mm) above standard height. Most people experience a lift more then statedt, as they are replacing a sacked out flat suspenion.

Material - High quality SUP9 Grade, used for increased spring memory.

Sleeved Eyes - For exact tolerances and increased shackle bush life.

MANUFACTURING - All springs cambers are set in state of the art computer controlled camber quenching machines. as well as tempered in computerised furnaces to ensure accurate tolerances.

Testing - All springs are then load and scragg tested to ensure correct and constant rate and set.

Shot Peening - All leafs are shot peened on their tension surfaces, relieving stress, increasing spring life.

Diamond Cut Leafs - Disperses heat & friction over a greater surface area, resulting in reduced wear and increased performance.

Military Wrap - Where possible, springs are fitted with military wrapped second leafs providing added safety.
